Actions Speak Louder than Words

What a blessing work it is! It saves people from need, vice and boredom. Life is estimated through work, and men are known by their deeds. Imam Ali said: “I see the man, I admire him, but if I were told that he’s jobless, he’ll fall from my eye”. Work makes bodies full of energy, makes pockets full of money and makes life full of meaning. Jobless people have no aim in their life, they live to eat and drink waiting for death. Many students put plans for their future, but few achieve; a great number of them talk louder than they do. As a teacher, you hear them; you’re pleased with their voices, with their apparent, determination. They satisfy you with their words, but mere words. Teachers have to encourage students to say and does, put plans, declares it, then works hardly, intentionally and precisely to reach the goal successfully. With such students, life will be practical, fine and without problems. This is the shortest way to success, follow it J

100% true.

Also I'd like to mention the hadith of the prophet Muhammad PBUH:

"If the Final Hour comes while you have a palm-cutting in your hands and it is possible to plant it before the Hour comes, you should plant it." (Narrated by Anas bin Malik)

"Actions speak louder than words", and as you said, its not only about what we talk or plan, its about what we really aim to do. All happiness depends on courage and work, and to be happy you must put a reasonable effort to achieve your work as it should be. Other cases won't be effective if you get enough from everything by only talking.
